About the Role

CodeNinja Inc is seeking a Delivery Manager - Business Systems and Applications Changes to manage business systems and applications changes for a leading Saudi banking client. This full-time role involves overseeing demand and enhancement delivery across various business units, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HC, and Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage demand intake from initial request through to implementation and production release.
• Coordinate Business Requirements Document (BRD) and System Requirements Document (SRD) readiness, and ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) governance.
• Apply Agile delivery knowledge and experience throughout the change lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with the Transformation Office, Business Owners, and BT delivery teams.
• Ensure the prioritization, quality, and timely execution of application changes.
• Provide portfolio visibility and comprehensive delivery reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in delivery management, particularly within business systems and applications changes.
• Demonstrated experience in managing demand and enhancement delivery across multiple business units.
• Proven ability to apply Agile methodologies in a project delivery context.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position focused on supporting a leading Saudi banking client. The role requires collaboration with various internal and client-side teams, including business owners and technology delivery teams, within a dynamic environment.
