About the Role: Delivery Manager - Business Systems and Applications Changes

Code Ninja is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee business systems and applications changes for a prominent Saudi banking client in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing demand and enhancement delivery across various business units, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HC, and Cybersecurity. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage demand intake from initial request through implementation and production release.
• Coordinate Business Requirements Document (BRD) and System Requirements Document (SRD) readiness, ensuring SDLC governance.
• Apply Agile delivery knowledge and experience throughout the change lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with the Transformation Office, Business Owners, and BT delivery teams.
• Ensure the prioritization, quality, and timely execution of application changes.
• Provide portfolio visibility and delivery reporting.

Experience Required

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
