Director of Sales

Role Overview

Hilton is seeking a full-time Director of Sales to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This role is central to driving revenue growth across all hotel segments and ensuring the delivery of memorable guest experiences. The Director of Sales will contribute to the hotel's commercial goals and strategic plan by leading sales initiatives and fostering key relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue-driving sales strategies across group, business transient, leisure transient, and catering segments, aligning with the hotel’s commercial goals.
• Contribute to achieving revenue targets and profitability goals through optimizing pricing, improving business mix, and guiding forecasting accuracy.
• Facilitate regular strategy and performance meetings, and contribute to long-range commercial planning by analyzing performance trends, market shifts, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with revenue and marketing leaders to align sales tactics with pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies, supporting forecasting and rate strategies.
• Engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs), third-party travel partners, and key clients to drive demand, improve conversion, and support site visits and pre-convention meetings.
• Track market and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain competitive positioning in group and transient segments.
• Recruit new talent and drive team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Required Qualifications and Attributes
