About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Project Management & Delivery (Urban Core) (REQ743) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Urban Core development program. This full-time role involves overseeing a portfolio of mixed-use developments, public realm, civic infrastructure, retail, F&B, commercial office, lifestyle, mobility, and destination assets.

Role Purpose

The Director will provide strategic oversight across project management, delivery integration, program controls, procurement coordination, construction interfaces, operational readiness, and governance activities. The objective is to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with approved business objectives. This position requires a professional capable of translating development vision into executable delivery strategies, managing complex stakeholder environments, and achieving world-class project outcomes across cost, schedule, quality, risk, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement delivery strategies and provide leadership for project teams.
• Manage programs and portfolios of diverse projects.
• Establish and maintain project controls and governance frameworks.
• Integrate design, technical aspects, and overall delivery processes.
• Oversee construction management and delivery activities.
• Manage commercial aspects and contract administration.
• Engage with stakeholders and authorities to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure operational readiness and manage project handover processes.
• Manage project risks, quality standards, and compliance.
• Lead and develop project teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience leading the delivery of complex, large-scale integrated mixed-use developments.
• Demonstrated client-side experience in managing multiple projects across diverse asset classes.
• Proven track record of delivering major developments from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
• Strong program management, governance, and project controls experience.
• Experience working within master developer, giga-project, public sector, or large mixed-use development environments.
• GCC and international mega-project experience is highly desirable.
