About the Role

Accor is seeking a dedicated Doorman to join the team at SLS The Red Sea. This full-time role is integral to the guest experience, serving as one of the first and last points of contact. The Doorman sets the tone for a guest's stay with a warm welcome, confident presence, and genuine hospitality, ensuring a smooth and memorable arrival and departure experience.

Role Purpose and Contribution

As a Doorman, you will play an essential role in managing the flow at the hotel entrance, assisting guests with various needs, and coordinating effectively with other hotel departments. This position is key to creating a positive first and last impression, reflecting the high service standards of SLS The Red Sea.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Open and close vehicle doors, ensuring a seamless and attentive arrival experience.
• Assist guests with luggage when required, coordinating closely with the Bell team.
• Collaborate with Valet, Bell, Concierge, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Assist guests with taxis and transportation arrangements as needed.
• Support the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and guests at the hotel entrance.
• Provide guests with accurate general information about the hotel, its facilities, and services.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance throughout the arrival and departure experience.
• Maintain the entrance area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming appearance in line with SLS grooming and service standards.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and operational procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
• Physical fitness and ability to assist guests with luggage when required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational requirements.
• Previous experience within a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment is an advantage.
