About the Role

Kempinski Hotels is seeking a Doorman to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role is responsible for providing a welcoming and attentive experience to all guests at the hotel entrance, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly and caring manner, adhering to Kempinski standards, and open the hotel door for all incoming guests.
• Open car doors for guests arriving by taxi or private vehicle, assist with luggage, and transport it to the hotel efficiently.
• Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, such as calling taxis or providing directions, and refer requests to appropriate staff when necessary.
• Stay informed about hotel products and services, as well as local tourist and business information relevant to guests.
• Manage traffic flow to ensure the hotel entrance remains clear and unobstructed.
• Hoist and lower flags according to established hotel procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel's main entrance area, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned by a Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 year of relevant experience is required for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest requests efficiently and politely.
• Attention to detail in maintaining the entrance area.
• Proactive and helpful attitude.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at Kempinski Hotels in Al Khobar, Eastern region. The role involves working at the hotel entrance, interacting directly with guests and managing the immediate external area.
