Role Overview

As a Guest Arrival Expert, the Bellman plays a critical role in shaping memorable arrival and departure experiences for all guests. This position involves delivering a wide range of services designed to make guests feel valued and supported throughout their stay, ensuring their initial and final interactions are positive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests through their arrival and departure processes.
• Process operational needs and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Complete necessary reports and provide guests with highlights of the local area.
• Ensure all guest transactions are integrated smoothly into the overall experience.
• Contribute to a safe workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards, including professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or * equivalent.
• 0-1 years of related work experience is required; no specific prior experience is necessary for this role.
