Rotana Jabal Omar Makkah is seeking a dedicated Bell Attendant to join its Front Office team in Makkah. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to delivering exceptional guest service.

Role Summary

The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to guests, ensuring their stay is a memorable experience. This role requires a guest-centric approach and the ability to offer effective solutions to guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, aiming to exceed expectations from arrival through to departure.
Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's services and local amenities.
Utilize the Opera guest profile system to maintain awareness of guest preferences.
Ensure that guest luggage is carried efficiently from the arrival point to the room and from the room to the departure point upon check-out.
Handle all messages, mail, and packages for guests and employees, ensuring timely and professional delivery.
Deliver morning newspapers to guest rooms.
Deliver guest messages and other items immediately and professionally.
Ensure the concierge desk and storeroom are kept clean, tidy, and well organized.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a Front Office or guest service environment.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
A proactive approach to providing solutions for guests.
