- Plan team co-locations to foster stronger partnerships and encourage collaboration among a globally distributed team.
- Act as the liaison between the deployment team and other organizational departments to ensure coordinated alignment.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong organizational capabilities, an ability to understand both business opportunities and individual team member skills, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiencies. Essential qualifications include experience in coordinating complex workflows, managing talent processes, and facilitating cross-functional communication within a fast-paced environment.
Working at ElevenLabs

As a global team, ElevenLabs prioritizes talent regardless of location. The company supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend, facilitates team connection with an annual social travel stipend, hosts an annual company offsite, and offers a monthly co-working stipend for team members not located near main hubs.
