The Role: Enterprise Solutions Engineer

ElevenLabs is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working within a dedicated team focused on enabling customers to fully utilize the company's voice AI platform. The core mission is to efficiently scale technical solutions for a growing base of enterprise customers, both through direct engagement and by enhancing internal processes and supporting sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product’s value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team’s effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features, and work with product teams to implement these.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience and demonstrate a strong aptitude for working with customers on technical problems. The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
• Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support.
• Demonstrate a talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Have strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
• Possess a strong technical background to help customers architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and their existing systems.
• Have experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects, with a strong interest in technical customer engagement.
• Be proficient in Python, inclusive of a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
