The Product Engineer Role

As a Product Engineer, you will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves owning the solution journey from initial concept to final handover, utilizing Sarj AI’s products and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to understand client requirements and desired outcomes.
• Propose how Sarj AI can address client needs and translate requirements into practical, creative solutions.
• Design, build, and integrate tailored solutions using Sarj AI products and technologies.
• Prepare and deliver client demonstrations, addressing product, technical, and scope-related questions.
• Gather feedback and iterate on solutions based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering when deeper technical input or product capabilities are needed.
• Hand over signed projects to the Operations team with relevant solution details and requirements.

Solution Development and Implementation

This role encompasses the full lifecycle of solution development, from proposing the right approach to building, integrating, demonstrating, and iterating on solutions. You will also be involved in building websites and lightweight tools, applying modern AI-assisted and vibe-coding approaches to enhance Sarj AI’s offerings.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Product Engineer position should possess 0-1 years of professional experience. This role is suitable for individuals seeking to apply their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment focused on Voice AI and AI agents.
