Role Overview

As an Agent Engineer, you will contribute to the design, construction, and deployment of AI agents that address practical challenges. This full-time position involves supporting Proof of Concept (POC) development, managing the delivery of agent implementations, and interacting directly with clients. The role offers experience in modern AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new client use cases, from initial scoping to demo-ready delivery.
• Design and build AI agents using the company's platform, translating client requirements into functional agent workflows.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of agent implementations, including responsibility for timelines, quality, and outcomes.
• Interface with clients to gather requirements, present progress, respond to inquiries, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
• Review recorded calls between AI agents and customers, assessing interactions for accuracy, tone, compliance, and customer experience.
• Score conversations against a defined quality rubric and document findings in the QA tracking system.
• Identify agent errors, hallucinations, missed customer cues, and policy or compliance issues for team resolution.
• Analyze patterns and trends across calls, including recurring failure modes, common customer questions, and opportunities to improve agent prompts and workflows.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to provide feedback that informs agent training, prompt updates, and product enhancements.
• Contribute to the refinement and evolution of the QA rubric and scoring guidelines as agents develop.
• Prepare weekly quality reports summarizing performance metrics, key issues, and recommended improvements.
• Occasionally review chat or text-based agent transcripts in addition to voice calls.
