F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Edition is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on delivering a memorable guest experience beyond standard food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to ensure guest satisfaction through a range of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for guests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with guests, provide service, and process transactions as part of the overall experience.
• Clean work areas and storage spaces to maintain hygiene standards.
• Review menus and verify information as needed.
• Handle and move objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
• Perform tasks requiring reaching high places, bending, turning, stretching, and stooping.

Workplace Standards

All team members are expected to create a safe workspace, adhere to company guidelines and procedures, and maintain quality standards. Professional appearance, including uniform and personal presentation, along with clear communication, are essential. The role involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, often on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
