About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role focuses on delivering a memorable and unique guest experience that extends beyond standard food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service and attention to detail.

Key Duties and Tasks

The F&B Service Expert contributes to the overall guest experience by performing a range of operational duties, including:

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work and storage areas.

Physical Demands of the Role

This role requires consistent physical activity, including:

• Standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
• Navigating sloped, uneven, and potentially slippery surfaces.
• Reviewing menus and verifying information accurately.
• Performing various tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
• Reaching overhead, bending, turning, stretching, and stooping as required by tasks.

Consistent and effective performance of these tasks, along with other reasonable requests, is essential for ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• License or Certification: None required.
