F&B Service Expert (Waiter Saudi Nationals Only)

About the Role

Le Meridien is seeking an F&B Service Expert (Waiter) to join their team. This full-time role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals and focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service within the food and beverage department. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for delivering a high standard of guest service, ensuring that every meal is part of a unique and enjoyable experience. This involves proactive engagement with guests and efficient coordination with the kitchen to meet service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring their dining experience is positive.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
• Process transactions smoothly as part of the guest experience.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Manage menu information, including reading and visual verification.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
