F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Luxury Collection is seeking an F&B Service Expert for a full-time position. This role focuses on creating memorable and unique dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to deliver a range of services that ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for guests.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Uphold quality standards and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
• Ensure a safe workplace environment.

Physical Requirements

The role requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces. Responsibilities also involve reading and visually verifying information, as well as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also part of the role's physical demands.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• License or Certification: None required.
