Role Overview

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a Fabrication Static Supervisor for a full-time position. This role involves leading a team of technicians in performing fabrication and static maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive job assignments, work instructions, drawings, and specifications from the Supervisor and execute tasks accordingly.
• Lead a team of technicians, guiding them through various tasks.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for each job, including operating heavy-duty specialized tools from the Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinders, power saws, drill presses, and threading machines.
• Perform all installation and maintenance work related to static and fabrication activities in adherence to SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct necessary testing, including hydro and pneumatic tests.
• Obtain required work permits before commencing any work.
• Ensure strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
• Consult with the Supervisor for any technical issues that arise.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices during and after job completion.
• Achieve job completion to the required quality and schedule according to company standards.
• Attend Toolbox talks before starting work.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environment standards and procedures.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in addition to mandatory PPE.
• Report all near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Attend scheduled safety and technical training sessions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to assist in the analysis of recurring mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions.
