KBR is seeking a Fabrication Static Supervisor to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern region, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Fabrication Static Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in performing installation and maintenance activities related to static and fabrication work. This role involves ensuring compliance with SATORP procedures, guidelines, and safety standards, as well as managing the use of specialized tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive job assignments, work instructions, drawings, and specifications from the Supervisor.
• Lead a team of technicians in daily operations.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment, including heavy-duty specialized tools from the Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinders, power saws, drill presses, and threading machines.
• Execute all installation and maintenance tasks for static and fabrication activities according to SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct necessary testing, including hydro and pneumatic tests.
• Obtain required work permits before commencing any work.
• Ensure strict adherence to SATORP safety standards.
• Consult with the Supervisor for any technical issues that arise.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices during and after job completion.
• Achieve job completion to the required quality and schedule standards.
• Attend Toolbox talks before starting work.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environment standards and procedures.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in addition to mandatory PPE.
• Report all near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Attend scheduled safety and technical training sessions.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in fabrication and static equipment supervision. A strong understanding of industrial safety standards and operational procedures is essential.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, within the Eastern region. The supervisor will work in an industrial setting, adhering to rigorous safety and operational protocols.
