F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Edition is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique guest experience beyond standard food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative in providing a range of services aimed at enhancing the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff.
• Interacting with and serving guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Cleaning and maintaining work and storage areas.
• Ensuring all service transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.
• Maintaining a safe workspace and adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards and presenting a professional appearance and communication style.
• Reviewing menus and verifying information as needed.
• Performing physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, moving on uneven or slippery surfaces, and lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
• Reaching overhead, bending, kneeling, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: Not required.
• Licenses/Certifications: None required.
