Food and Beverage Captain

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Captain to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily banquet operations and ensuring a high standard of guest experience within the Food and Beverage outlets. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
• Supervise the planning, organization, and execution of various events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Oversee the setup of function rooms, ensuring all items such as linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event details, procedures, and updates effectively to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
• Ensure proper breakdown of function rooms and correct storage of all equipment after events.
• Manage the Food and Beverage team, including scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition of performance.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the wellbeing of guests and team members.

Required Experience and Attributes
