This full-time role involves designing various marketing and advertising materials, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with marketing and project teams. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity across all platforms. This includes developing advertising content, promotional materials, and large-format prints, while maintaining a professional and consistent visual style.

Key Responsibilities

• Design advertising content and social media posts.
• Create brochures, catalogs, and company-specific project profiles.
• Design real estate project boards and outdoor advertising boards in various sizes.
• Apply the company's visual identity consistently and professionally across all materials.
• Adhere to established colors, fonts, elements, and visual style for the brand.
• Develop current designs in line with the visual identity without losing the brand's character.
• Design presentations and marketing materials specific to real estate projects.
• Edit and process images, preparing them for print and AI use.
• Edit promotional videos and short content.
• Prepare final files for printing with required sizes and resolutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to implement required designs.
• Utilize AI tools to develop ideas, images, and creative content, and to expedite the design process.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong practical experience in graphic design.
• Strong experience working with Brand Guidelines and visual identity.
• Ability to design large prints and prepare them for printing.
• Good understanding of sizes, resolutions, colors, and print files.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Medina, requiring collaboration with marketing and project teams to achieve design objectives.
