About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Arrival Expert to join the team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role is crucial for creating a memorable first and last impression for guests, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from arrival to departure. The Guest Arrival Expert acts as a primary point of contact, guiding guests and managing various services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive guidance and support to guests during their arrival and departure processes.
• Execute operational tasks efficiently within the hotel environment.
• Respond to guest inquiries and fulfill requests promptly.
• Generate reports as required for operational oversight.
• Share information about local points of interest and attractions.
• Ensure all guest interactions and transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

The position also requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) unassisted, and objects weighing over 34 kg (75 lbs) with assistance. Successful execution of these physical tasks is vital for delivering excellent guest service and contributing to business operations.
