Edition is seeking a Guest Arrival Expert to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests from their arrival to their departure. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and no supervisory experience.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Guest Arrival Expert plays a crucial role in shaping guests' first and last impressions. This position ensures that all guest interactions, from operational tasks to service requests, contribute positively to their overall stay. The expert guides guests through their arrival and departure processes, ensuring a seamless and attentive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and provide a range of services to guide guests during arrival and departure.
• Perform necessary operational tasks related to guest reception.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Produce reports as required.
• Share information on local points of interest with guests.
• Ensure all transactions are integrated into the overall guest experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and asset protection.
• Maintain quality standards and demonstrate professionalism in appearance and communication.

Qualifications and Requirements

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role requires a hands-on approach and involves standing, sitting, or moving for extended periods. Guest Arrival Experts will be required to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 23 kg without assistance, and objects weighing more than 34 kg with assistance. Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to quality standards are essential aspects of this role.
