About the Role

Edition is seeking a Guest Arrival Expert for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role focuses on creating a positive and memorable experience for guests from their arrival through to their departure. The Guest Arrival Expert is responsible for managing various operational needs and guest requests, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests through their arrival and departure processes.
• Process operational requirements and fulfill guest requests.
• Complete necessary reports and share information about local area highlights.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Preserve confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards and maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 23 kg without assistance.
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects over 34 kg with assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide guest services effectively.
