Guest Experience Expert

About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on ensuring a positive and memorable stay for guests by providing a wide range of services and support. The ideal candidate will take initiative to guide guests throughout their experience, from check-in to check-out, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and complete necessary reports.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests.
• Share information about local attractions and amenities.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading their vehicles.
• Transport luggage to and from rooms or the designated bellhop area.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.

Operational Duties and Standards

• Maintain a safe workspace for all.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all tasks.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Perform all tasks to the best of ability, ensuring service excellence for guests and the business.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be constantly on the move, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
• Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated areas, and climb or descend stairs and/or service ramps.
• Move, lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Reach above and below knees, flex, twist, pull, and stoop as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required for this position.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None required.
