About the Role

Edition is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on creating a unique and memorable experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to manage operational needs and respond to guest requests, ensuring a seamless and integrated service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and offer a range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Handle operational needs and respond to guest requests efficiently.
• Prepare necessary reports and share information on local points of interest.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Maintain a safe workplace and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality.
• Respect quality standards and present a professional appearance and communication style.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-1 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
