We are seeking a Guest Experience Agent - Saudi National to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to delivering high-quality guest service.

Role Overview and Impact

The Guest Experience Agent is responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond routine check-in and check-out processes. This position empowers individuals to guide guests throughout their entire stay, ensuring a distinctive and engaging hospitality experience.

• Process operational needs related to guest services.
• Address and fulfill guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.

Candidate Profile and Physical Demands
