About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, moving beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share information about local area highlights with guests.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Physical Requirements

The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. It also involves a hands-on approach, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
