About MarketEase and the Role

MarketEase is seeking a HaloPSA Consultant to join its remote team. This contract position, based in Saudi Arabia, is focused on the implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing support of HaloPSA solutions for clients across various industries.

The HaloPSA Consultant Position

The successful candidate will apply strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver effective HaloPSA solutions. This role requires the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with distributed teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain HaloPSA solutions based on client requirements.
• Configure workflows, automation, business rules, ticket types, SLAs, approvals, and notifications within HaloPSA.
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, customer portals, and service catalogs.
• Configure contracts, recurring billing, invoicing, and service management processes.
• Integrate HaloPSA with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, APIs, and other third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and user-related issues.
• Support data migration, onboarding, system upgrades, and platform enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user training where required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
• Follow best practices to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant technical consulting role, specifically with HaloPSA. The role demands strong technical expertise, proven problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage projects independently while contributing to a team environment.
