Heart of House Specialist

About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Heart of House Specialist for a full-time position in Medina, Al Madinah. This role is essential for supporting various hotel functions, primarily focusing on cleaning and maintaining operational standards across different departments.

Role Contribution

The Heart of House Specialist contributes to the hotel's smooth operation by ensuring cleanliness and order. This involves working across departments such as the kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry to meet cleaning requirements. Key tasks include preparing linens and dining ware, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, and transporting items within the hotel to support guest services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards in all cleaning tasks.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments.
• Support the team to achieve common goals and operational objectives.
• Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time as required by the role.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements
