About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Perform various housekeeping functions to ensure a high standard of guest environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and upholding quality standards.
• Ensure a safe workplace and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
