HSE Manager

About the Role

Lamprell is seeking an HSE Manager to join our team in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with demonstrated experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management. The role requires candidates who are available to commence work at short notice.

Role Overview

The HSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures within the organization. This position is critical in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, fostering a safe working environment, and promoting sustainable practices across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE management systems and programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an HSE management role.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HSE strategies.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Work Location

This position is based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be prepared to relocate or be based in this region.
