About the Role

Altanfeethi is seeking an Iconic Terminal Project Advisor to provide expert guidance on a significant terminal project in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves advising top management and project teams to ensure the development of a world-class, distinctive, and functional terminal that offers a luxurious and seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise top management and project teams on the vision, strategy, and direction of the iconic terminal project to shape a landmark and world-class project.
• Provide expert guidance on design and architectural direction to ensure an iconic, distinctive, and functional terminal.
• Offer expert guidance on the guest experience concept to ensure a luxurious, seamless, and differentiated journey.
• Review project plans, designs, and milestones through structured assessment to provide expert feedback and support informed decisions.
• Guide the project team on aviation and terminal best practices to align the design with operational and industry standards.
• Identify project risks and opportunities through expert insight to support sound decisions and protect the project's ambition.
• Support alignment between design, operations, and guest experience through advisory input to ensure a coherent and integrated terminal concept.
• Advise on industry trends and benchmarks through market insight to keep the project innovative and globally competitive.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in large-scale aviation or terminal projects.

• Proven experience advising on or delivering large-scale aviation or terminal projects.
• Demonstrated experience shaping iconic, landmark, or world-class projects.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of terminal design, aviation operations, and premium guest experience.
• Strong advisory, stakeholder-management, and strategic-thinking skills.

Work Type
