Kids Club Attendant Role

Accor is seeking a Kids Club Attendant for a full-time position. This role involves supervising and engaging children in a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring their wellbeing, and coordinating activities. The Kids Club Attendant will uphold the hotel's luxury service standards and contribute to a seamless guest experience for families.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children in the Kids Club, maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate recreational, educational, and creative activities, including arts and crafts, games, and storytelling.
• Ensure high standards of child safety, hygiene, and wellbeing at all times.
• Build positive relationships with children and communicate professionally and warmly with parents.
• Monitor and manage attendance, sign-in/sign-out procedures, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the Kids Club area, equipment, and toys.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents, emergencies, or special needs.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as Food & Beverage and Housekeeping, to ensure a seamless guest experience for families.
• Uphold the hotel's brand standards and luxury service culture in all interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
