About the Role

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Learning & Quality Coordinator for the InterContinental The Red Sea Resort. This full-time role involves supporting the Learning & Development and Quality functions by coordinating training activities, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with hotel and IHG standards. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions across all hotel departments.
• Prepare training calendars, attendance sheets, materials, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all colleagues.
• Follow up with departments regarding mandatory and departmental training requirements.
• Support the implementation of IHG and hotel learning programs.
• Monitor training attendance and completion rates.
• Assist in preparing training reports and Learning & Development KPIs.
• Support quality audits and follow up on action plans and improvement areas.
• Coordinate colleague assessments, evaluations, and feedback related to training.
• Assist in organizing orientation and induction programs for new joiners.
• Ensure training documentation is properly filed and readily available for audits.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and requirements.
• Support employee engagement and quality initiatives across the hotel.
• Ensure all activities comply with hotel policies, IHG standards, and applicable regulations.
• Perform any other duties related to Learning & Quality as assigned by management.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage training coordination and record-keeping effectively.
