Role Overview

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager (HDPE) to join its team in Al Aziziyah District, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires over 10 years of experience and focuses on managing all maintenance activities for the HDPE Plant, ensuring operational reliability and compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors, covering mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities at the HDPE Plant, in strict accordance with Company standards.
• Provide regular reporting within the CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at the HDPE Plant.
• Offer necessary support to the Planning and Scheduling Supervisor.
• Support the Company Reliability Department in conducting bad actor analysis and implementing reliability improvement initiatives.
• Prepare weekly maintenance reports and present updates during maintenance meetings.
• Manage daily maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant equipment availability and reliability.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for HDPE process equipment.
• Review and enhance personnel competency through job-specific training, in coordination with the Head of HR.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements during maintenance execution.
• Support maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds, and major equipment overhauls to achieve safe and timely completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance management, preferably within an HDPE plant environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractor activities and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems for maintenance reporting and tracking.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and best practices in industrial maintenance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Aziziyah District, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, requiring active involvement in plant operations and coordination with various departments and external contractors.
