Role Overview

The Marketing Executive - Saudi National will promote brand image awareness both internally and externally. This full-time role involves utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott. The position requires interaction with potential owners to arrange preview package sales and tours, ensuring individuals meet eligibility requirements before scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote awareness of the brand image internally and externally.
  • Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
  • Communicate with potential owners via telephone to arrange preview package sales/tours.
  • Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
  • Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
  • Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours before scheduling.
  • Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage.
  • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
  • Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Serve as a role model and initial point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a professional appearance and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs.
  • Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones appropriately.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond to employee concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • 0-1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
