Medical Devices/Application Specialist

About the Role

TIBBIYAH is seeking a Medical Devices/Application Specialist to join our team in the Western Region. This full-time role involves working closely with healthcare specialists to ensure comprehensive training on medical equipment and tools, while also supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Role Summary

The specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing project orders from creation through to handover. This includes liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and compliance, ultimately contributing to the effective utilization of medical devices by healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate order creation with all relevant stakeholders, including Sales, Product Managers, and the PM and OP Teams.
• Manage project orders from their initial creation phase through to final handover, engaging with all related stakeholders and departments.
• Organize and conduct project handover meetings, ensuring outcomes are clearly communicated to all concerned parties.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to prepare and publish weekly delivery reports.
• Track equipment and materials prior to shipping and verify their compliance with established standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to provide comprehensive training on medical equipment and tools to healthcare specialists.
• Strong coordination and project management skills to oversee orders from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in stakeholder communication and collaboration across various departments.
• Capability to track and verify compliance of equipment and materials.
• Experience in supporting sales achievement targets.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Western Region, requiring direct engagement with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
