About Dallah Healthcare and the Role
Dallah Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Medical Insurance Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is integral to supporting the Revenue Cycle management by providing essential medical administration and coordination services, ensuring efficient interaction with clients, medical staff, and insurance providers.
Core Insurance Coordination Responsibilities
- Participate in the creation and review of contractual agreements with clients.
- Coordinate effectively with medical staff regarding client contracts, requirements, and necessary forms.
- Liaise with insurance companies to address rejections and manage responses to ensure smooth processing.
Revenue Cycle Support and Financial Settlement
- Provide medical support to the approval section for various medical procedures and services.
- Offer medical support to the claims processing center to facilitate accurate and timely claim submissions.
- Assist the billing section with medical expertise to ensure correct invoicing.
- Manage reconciliation processes with insurance companies to achieve final settlements.
Operational Compliance and Quality Improvement
- Maintain full awareness of and actively implement departmental policies and procedures, alongside local and international standards.
- Contribute to indicator development and data collection to measure performance of departmental functions, processes, and outcomes.
- Conduct analysis and interpretation of collected data and information as required.
- Participate in hospital Safety Management and Risk Management Programs.
- Actively report incidents within the system and engage in incident review and root cause analysis when necessary.
- Perform additional duties within professional knowledge and skills as directed by the Revenue Cycle Director.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of postgraduate experience in medical practice.
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in medical administration.
- Must hold a valid license from the Saudi Ministry of Health.
