About the Role

National Medical Care is seeking a dedicated Claims Coordinator to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position is central to ensuring efficient and accurate processing of patient claims and supporting departmental operations within our healthcare facility.

Role Overview

The Claims Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing the processing of claims for all patients. In addition to core claims processing, the role involves performing specific supervisory tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of the claims department.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the submission of high-quality claims within acceptable timeframes.
• Conduct training sessions for new Claims Coordinators.
• Review discrepancies related to Emergency Room (ER) and Outpatient Department (OPD) services and communicate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Verify received claim forms for correct attachment of ID copies.
• Report unadjusted and un-entered medical services to the Claims Manager, including notifications for excluded services for newly contracted companies.
• Propose new computer functions to enhance section performance and efficiency.
• Obtain necessary approvals from the Patient Services Department (PSD), Admission office, and Billing department.
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by superiors.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in claims processing or a similar administrative role within a medical or insurance setting.
