Role Overview

The Restaurant Hostess is responsible for managing reservations and guest flow, ensuring efficient seating and consistent service standards. This role involves close collaboration with the service team to maintain a high-quality dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a positive fine dining experience from their arrival to departure.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Coordinate with service staff to optimize table availability and guest flow.
• Assist guests with inquiries, provide menu information, and handle special requests.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support restaurant promotions, special events, and guest engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within a fine dining or hospitality setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage reservations and guest seating effectively.
