Network Pre Sales Engineer

About the Role

Aroma City Group is seeking a Network Pre-Sales Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on designing and presenting comprehensive network and security solutions to clients in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and technical specifications to design end-to-end network, enterprise security, and CCTV solution architectures.
• Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical compliance sheets, high-level/low-level network designs, and ELV layouts.
• Design secure LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructures, integrating next-generation firewalls, VPNs, network access control (NAC), and IP surveillance systems.
• Engage with key OEMs such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Hikvision, Axis, and Milestone to secure pricing, system validations, and deal registrations.
• Conduct technical presentations, system demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) validation tests for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Perform on-site technical surveys across client sites in Riyadh to assess feasibility, bandwidth/storage needs, and infrastructure constraints.
• Prepare technical handoff documentation to ensure a smooth transition to project delivery teams upon contract award.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or IT.
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on pre-sales or solutions architecture experience, with a focus on Networking & Security in the Saudi market.
• Transferable Iqama is preferred.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in BOQ estimation using Excel.
• Proficiency in network diagramming using Visio.
• Ability to read architectural and ELV CAD drawings.
• Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves on-site client visits and collaboration with various stakeholders.
