About the Role

Abdul Latif Jameel Motors is seeking a Parts Sales Supervisor to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time role is responsible for achieving parts sales targets by developing new sales channels and customers. The supervisor will manage the parts order cycle using the JSAP system, handle re-invoicing, and issue PDR requests for order discrepancies. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring timely collection of payments and minimizing overdue accounts. This position acts as a liaison between wholesalers/brokers and Abdul Latif Jameel, impacting client satisfaction through efficient parts availability and smooth process execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Open new sales deals and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve established parts sales volume and targets.
• Manage the entire parts sales cycle using the JSAP system.
• Ensure timely collection of cash and manage overdue payments effectively.
• Collect wholesaler requirements and communicate them to the parts warehouse via the JSAP system.
• Invoice orders using the SAP/ERP system, adhering to established ordering processes.
• Issue Parts Discrepancy Reports (PDR) when reported by customers.
• Monitor and follow up on parts delivery to customers as scheduled.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse team regarding PDRs and late deliveries.
• Gather market feedback on parts campaigns and provide recommendations to management.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor client payment statuses.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment and Authority

This position operates under close supervision. The authority of the Parts Sales Supervisor is primarily limited to managing the ordering system and process, with decision-making focused on operational sales processes. The role is critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers and brokers, directly influencing sales performance.
