Planner

About the Role

ABIS is seeking a Planner to join its team. This full-time role involves supporting schedule development, monitoring progress, and reporting for assigned disciplines within ABIS's scope of work. The Planner will ensure accurate and timely schedule updates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify progress data from site supervisors and foremen.
• Update assigned discipline schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and productivity tracking sheets.
• Support the preparation of look-ahead schedules for site execution.
• Assist in progress measurement and quantity tracking against baseline.
• Identify and report schedule deviations to the Lead Planner.
• Support the preparation of progress curves and histograms.
• Coordinate with site supervision to validate reported progress.
• Maintain planning records and documentation.
• Support manpower and equipment histograms for the assigned scope.
• Assist in preparing input for client progress reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling on construction projects.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong analytical skills for progress monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with site supervisors and foremen.
