Job Description
About the Role
Saudi Aramco is seeking a Planning & Performance Management Analyst to join the Gas Planning & Performance Management Department (Gas PPMD). This full-time role involves leading the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to track organizational performance. The analyst will also lead annual planning and budgeting activities, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
Department Overview
The Gas Planning & Performance Management Department (Gas PPMD) is responsible for Gas Business Line Planning & Performance Management activities. This includes coordinating financial activities, project evaluations, and various ad hoc assessments to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business decisions.
- Lead the development of annual plans and budgets, encompassing forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Create complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including executive leaders, to understand business requirements and provide planning and performance management support.
- Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
- Perform advanced financial analysis, including financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to enhance planning and performance management activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying process improvement areas and developing recommendations to enhance planning and performance management activities.
