About the Role

Jumeirah is seeking a PR & Guest Experience Executive (Saudi National Talent) for its Marketing team at Jumeirah The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting public relations and guest experience initiatives for the resort.

Role Context and Purpose

The PR & Guest Experience Executive will operate under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications. The role focuses on coordinating PR and communications activities, managing media and influencer visits, and developing guest experiences to support the resort's brand and destination storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the resort’s PR and communications activities, collaborating with the PR agency, media, and internal teams.
• Coordinate media, influencer, and creator visits, including planning itineraries and managing on-property experiences.
• Develop familiarity with Saudi media, creators, cultural figures, and local communities to support authentic stories about the resort and destination.
• Support the development and coordination of guest experiences, cultural rituals, and special programming in collaboration with Marketing and Operations.
• Contribute to social and digital storytelling by identifying compelling content moments, people, and experiences.
• Maintain PR and Guest Experience calendars, contacts, briefs, assets, and reports to ensure organized and coordinated activities.
• Assist with daily marketing operations as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in public relations, communications, guest experience, media relations, social media, and content creation.
• Creativity and curiosity, with an ability to identify engaging stories, experiences, and moments that support brand and destination storytelling.
