About the Role

This full-time role involves the design, specification, and service management of various communication systems. The successful candidate will apply advanced engineering techniques and make independent decisions on complex engineering problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, specifying, and managing services related to communication systems, including satellite, line-of-sight, fiber optic, phone, and public address systems.
• Managing the transmission of data from supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
• Independently applying advanced engineering techniques and making decisions on engineering problems and methods under general supervision.
• Representing the organization in conferences to resolve important questions or negotiate with key engineers and officials from other organizations.
• Providing technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.
• Serving as a trusted consultant to associates, with a high degree of reliance placed on scientific interpretations and advice.
• Managing measurable assets such as assigned staff and budget.

Qualifications and Experience

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of related experience is necessary, with average experience typically ranging from 10+ years.
