KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Principal Technical Professional-Telecommunication to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves the design, specification, and service management of various communication systems. The successful candidate will apply advanced engineering techniques and make independent decisions on complex engineering problems.

Role Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing communication systems, including satellite, line of sight, fiber optic, phone, and public address systems. It also encompasses the transmission of data from supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. The role requires a high degree of technical expertise and the ability to operate with significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.
• Serve as a primary consultant for associates and others, with significant reliance placed on scientific interpretations and advice.
• Represent the organization in conferences to resolve important questions or negotiate with key engineers and officials from other organizations.
• Manage measurable assets, including assigned staff and budget.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in telecommunication systems.
• Demonstrated ability to independently apply advanced engineering techniques.
• Proven capability to make decisions on complex engineering problems and methods.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role operates under general supervision, requiring a high level of independent judgment and technical proficiency.
