About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Project Manager for the Western Region in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for driving profitable sales growth and expanding market presence for the GROHE brand within the region. The Project Manager will be instrumental in achieving strategic sales targets and enhancing the brand's geographical footprint.

Role Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the fastest development of profitable sales growth across all channels within the Western Region market, aligning with GROHE’s Mission. This involves achieving annual sales targets, driving an increase in market share within the sector, and enhancing Grohe's geographical presence throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Be collectively accountable for the overall delivery of country results and organizational leadership.
• Act as a key contributor to strategic planning for channel development.
• Deliver the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Deliver the Project Channel Sales Mission.
• Manage the country’s market in line with Corporate Objectives and KPIs.
• Write and maintain project specifications within the Grohe project system.
• Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, ensuring local implementation is in full compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis in support of strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Identify key channels and targets in the region for project business.
• Forecast accurate project sales by month, quarter, and year.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects in the country.
• Develop and maintain a database/records of all key project contacts in the region as required, and prepare reports for senior management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of professional experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success in a demanding environment. This role requires an individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented setting.
