Project Manager Western Region

About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Project Manager for the Western Region in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving profitable sales growth within the market across all channels, aligning with GROHE’s mission. The primary objective is to achieve annual sales targets, increase market share, and enhance GROHE's geographical presence within the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall delivery of country results and organizational leadership.
• Act as a key participant in strategic planning for channel development.
• Execute responsibilities to deliver the Sales Mission in alignment with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Manage projects, including writing and maintaining project specifications within the GROHE project system.
• Regularly align with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, ensuring local implementation complies with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.

Sales and Market Development

• Execute responsibilities to deliver the Project Channel Sales Mission.
• Identify key channels and targets in the region for project business.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects within the country.
• Develop and maintain a database/records of all key project contacts in the region as required.
• Prepare reports for senior management based on project contact data.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.
• Experience in project management and strategic planning.

Reporting and Compliance

• Ensure all local implementations are in full compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities.
